  • using the new da power system

As anyone used the new Da power system on headlights yet? Been away for some time now and just started looking into polishing paint and correction again. Just got the advance auto flyer with it in there and also remember looking at it at waly world.

Got back into the foxbody mustangs again and getting back into bringing parts back to almost/like new usable condition.Have one that I just got that someone primered black along with over the headlights. Maybe going to go to wal mart or advance here in alittle while to get the new system and give it a try, maybe take some pics and post up with my outcome?

Obviously the severity of the degradation of the lenses is going to play a role in this, but the DAPS with either the cutting pad or polishing pad, and the appropriate liquid (UC, M105, etc) should do a great job on headlight lenses. If you need to do a little light damp sanding first, just be sure to finish out with 3000 grit and you should be good to go.
