Removing stains from rust

hey guys, i was wondering what id need to use to remove stains on my paint from some rust around my fender wells. The rust itself is very small, but when it gets wet the rust color comes off and is wrapping around my paint creating a hard stain that i cannot remove and is making the rust look worse than it really is.

Not sure if i need to use an aggressive clay or an aggressive compound or what. Just want to check with you guys and see what my safe options are for my paint.

never heard of "ironX"......something new or old?

+1 on Iron X.
Its not that new.
But also try a compound and make sure you keep that part waxed.

ok well truck will be getting a FULL 5 step here soon anyway, so ill see if i can pick up any ironX and see what i can do with it

ohhhhh i figured it was something similar to scratchX.....hah, whoops, ok ill look for it.
