  • MOL Members Meetup:::Reflections Ensue

I met Marc08EX at a TNOG last year about this time. You may know Marc from his informative reviews and thorough detail jobs. What you may not know is that Marc often coordinates his business trips to CA just so that he can attend Meguiars TNOG. At one of these events is when I was first introduced by Bob (IMZ4N) to Marc. I have kept in touch with both these guys. Bob and I worked Russo and Steele together and Marc and I often swap products and talk cars. Not often do I get to see Marc. This weekend I happened to be in AZ so I had a rare chance to meet up with Marc and his red si.

Marc could provide more details on what he has used on his car.
But I believe we both are polished with my now favortite combo 50/50 M81/M205.

Here is a small selection of what we were able to produce in a very short amount of time.
Please keep in mind we are not photgraphers. Marc is an engineer and I make clothing.

No filters, no touch ups. Just straight photos.

You guys can guess what Marc is holding...his new favorite D115 from Megs

Yeah it really looks like that in person. This Red is beyond belief.

    Face off

I love the way the hood melts into the sky. This car really is a beauty.

    Thanks for lookin
And thanks Marc for making the drive across town to make this possible.

Oh man who's the ugly mug in that second picture?! That person's just ruining the awesome car photos! LOL!

It was really awesome to hang out with you Chris. You have indeed a very sick ride. I really like your stance and the wheels you have. Looks very proper for a nice euro car like yours. I really enjoyed doing the photoshoot.

Please excuse my car as it's dusty. I didn't wake up early enough to do a waterless wash before the photoshoot.

Thanks for taking pictures and posting them up too Chris!!! The pictures look amazing!!!

                Long story short...somewhat short

Marc did M81/M205 polish and posted the results for us all to see in spring some time.
I wanted to try it but M81 is discontinued.
Marc sent me the last of what he had so I could use it to polish for WUSTE in Las Vegas (early June).
He just sent it and asked for nothing.

I was able to obtain M81 recently. Big thanks to you know who!
Because I got a few M81 bottles I was able to return to Marc a full bottle of M81, also gave him Dodo Lime-Prime
Little did I know Marc brought for me like 7 other products...including D115 of course.

I was able to try D115 and boy was it slick. I am pretty sure those were the first words from my mouth when i touched it with the towel.

Dude, a bottle of a discontinued M81 is worth much more than what I gave you. So a big thanks once again!!!! Now I wouldn't feel bad using what I have left of the M205/M81 combo LOL!

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.
