There seems to be some issue in uploading a profile picture, as well as uploading an avatar. Again, the parameters of the images are well within the range of the specified pixel range. There is no user control panel that I can find, irrespective of the initial link providing an 'edit profile'. If the link is not used, can anyone determine where is the user control panel to include profile pictures, "not the gallery". The gallery seems to be the only place where I could upload an image after downsizing to 40 x 40. Any assistance is truly appreciated.
