Needing advice on how to fix a sun visor mirror in car

Hey guys, I don't know what caused it, but the glass in my driver's side sun visor mirror has shattered. I was wondering if any of you all have ever had this problem. If so, how do you go about getting it fixed. If I can find a way to pry the glass pieces away and find a piece of mirrored glass that will fit that would be ok. Do you know if auto parts stores have this or is it best to take it somewhere like a repair shop to get this fixed or what? Here is what I'm talking about.

I usually try one of the local car forums that I belong to. In most cases I would go check out ebay or my local salvage yard for a replacement.
