Wal-Mart did the same thing with the yellow TEC wax M26 ..the same model number but two different names for the product and 2 different prices.are they 2 different products?

Actually Guz is right. The first link that you provided for $7.97 is fulfilled by Wal Mart. The second link that you provided for $16.04 is fulfilled by Tonzof through the Wal Mart marketplace.

If you go to the second link, look directly under the price, and it clearly states "from Tonzof."

To right of the price in the other box, it clearly states "In Stock and available for Ship to home by Tonzof add $6.97"

Online shopping should make it easier for the consumer to find the best pricing, but when retailers start offering the same product from multiple sources on a single website, it can lead to confusion. Obviously we don't (can't) dictate the final retail price that any retailer sells at, so you're going to see some differences in pricing from one place to another. Shipping prices can and will vary wildly as well.
