Bought one and ended up giving it to a friend who spilled gas in their trunk. They tossed the trunk mat but still had gas smell for 3 days in main cabin. After using this product as directed they dont smell gas anymore and are very happy

Wow! OK, we know this product is pretty terrific, but that's a major endorsement for what this can actually accomplish. You can't even mask the smell of gasoline for the most part, so to actually remove it with such a simple process, well.... our chemists are awesome!!!

How about if the AC/fan doesn't work? Can this still be used? Or not recommended?

I would think it would still work. It just won't be in the HVAC system.

All I have to say is that I can't wait to try these two new scents. I've really enjoyed the new car scent versions.

Summer breeze scent would go nicely in my car, changing cabin filters never seem to keep my car fresh.
