While we certainly understand the desire to pick up another DA to compliment your 21, might we suggest holding off and saving a few bucks (even compared to a used 15 or Duetto) and get a Meguiar's MT300 instead? Yes, it's a shorter stroke than either of the two tools you're looking for but it will easily compete with the 15 for overall cutting ability while providing even better edge work ability. It will easily outclass the Duetto, for roughly $100 less (comparing new to new). Just a thought.

Mike, I'm interested to discuss this topic further - correct me if I wrong. I guess the reason behind the MT300 (8mm stroke) competes with 15mm in the cutting ability and I guess it will finish better as well is based upon the Torque Management system will allow the cutting/polish pad moves and rotate without stopping even if unexpected pressure apply to the machine. On other hand all the new 21 or 15mm machine in the market today the pads will stop under certain pressure and particulary while you trying to correct or polish edges, finders or around the door hands. I know some member may have different point of view but I hope I understand the theory right?
