Are M135 and D156 similar

How similar are these products? Their descriptions taken from AGO are similar as both provide protection.

Do they overlap but are still different and should be used differently? Or, can D156 be used in place of M135 and even Last Touch for that matter.

M135 and Last Touch are spray detailers which are safe to use to wipe off and clean light dust without scratching the paint finish. Last Touch leaves a high gloss finish behind and M135 leaves a hydrophobic layer which repels water and leaves a smooth finish. D156 is meant to be used on an already clean surface only and provides a quik layer of wax which in the short term is excellent in repelling water. It also adds gloss and shine, and protects, just like a wax should. But it is not meant to clean a dusty car like a spray detailer.

Thanks Eldorado2k. The hydrophobic part of M135 caused me some confusion, as D156 should also provide the same hydrophobic properties.

D156 is more durable than M135.
