  • Body shop safe products

I recently picked up two contracts for collision / body shop detailing. Both wanted to be sure my products were body shop safe as I will be working in the same bays. I know a few I use are, but can I get a quick list of BS safe / fresh paint safe products. The most current list i can find is a few years old.

    Thanks guys!!

    Re: Body shop safe products

The easiest way to go, Mike, is to just stick with the compounds and polishes from our Mirror Glaze line. With the exception of the waxes/sealants and M40 everything else in the tan bottles is body shop safe. Almost nothing in the consumer line falls into that category, and all of the Detailer Line products that focus on paint care (DAMF System, spray waxes and dressings) are not. Cleaners generally are body shop safe, so APC and Super Degreaser are safe, as is D114 Rinse Free Express Wash.
