  • Kids fingerpaint on black hood = No bueno!

A couple of weeks ago my brother walked outside his house and darn near flipped out when he saw what had happened to the hood of his Honda Accord.. Turns out his 10yr old son, along with a couple of his girl playmates decided to fingerpaint with good ole Dirt on his hood! Lmao.

[can you imagine walking out and seeing this?! Lol]

I finally got my chance to try and fix the kid inflicted scratches last night. Here's what it looked like after claying the entire hood. I couldn't help but find the drawing by the kids a bit comical

After 1 pass using D300 on a Meguiars Burgundy Foam Cutting Disc. Playtime is officially over. Lol.

Followed it up with M205 on a Meguiars Foam Finishing Disc.. My brother's amazed, and the kids are now fully forgiven. Lol.

My niece kissed herself in the side of my black Camaro once when she was really young (3 or 4?) I turned around just as she planted her lips and left a big smudge mark ... Once I started breathing again, IO 'fixed' it with some Quik Detailer and all was good.

You darn kids, stay off my hood, and my lawn, lol. ah, kids, you have to love them, but boy they make you crazy sometimes. Guess your brother thought you and the cat needed something to do.

Even though I know I can fix it, I'd probably still have a coronary if that was my hood!

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

The cat actually jumped up and walked all over the hood as we were admiring the final results. Lol.
My brother asked "why would she do that"?
I said "that's just what she does" lol.
