    Paint Protect

    Does anyone know were i can get paint protect in Canada? I sent Meguiar's Canada an email and received no response. I was going to order it from Meguiar's direct and was going to use my credit card but on the site it wants an USA address for the card and if i try and use Paypal it wants USA accounts only I have an international account.

    I can have the order shipped to a USA border store no problem. Maybe I have to call Meguiar's direct and find out whats going on.

    I looked everywhere in Canada, online...no luck.
    I ordered a bottle on Amazon.com and had it shipped to a US parcel receiving service near the border...good thing I live close to the border

        Meguiar's Canada has not, as yet, picked up Paint Protect so it is not currently available in Canada. It should be noted that their decision to carry or not carry a product is based on major retailers in Canada opting to carry any new product, not solely based on whether Meguiar's Canada (or the Meguiar's importer in any country, for that matter) deems it appropriate for their market.

        As for Meguiar's Direct, that is a third party administered e-commerce site for our products. As such, they only ship within in the US and their policies for doing so are set by them, not Meguiar's Corporate. If they choose to use US only PayPal accounts (which makes sense since they only ship inside the US), that's up to them. Doing so may, as you're discovering, cause some issues with payment authorization coming from one location and shipping location being someplace else.

        Places such as amazon.com, detailing.com or autogeek.net may be easier to work with for those of you in Canada looking to ship to a near border destination in the US.

          Thanks Mike didn't know Direct was a third party. I'll order through an on line retailer no problem Direct's loss.
