  • I'm detailing the boat from bay watch. Advice needed

Any advice on how to treat gel coat surfaces vs usual clear coat? It has been repainted to black instead of yellow. Not going to attempt wet sanding, maybe start out with m100 or m85. M49 if needed

Look into Meguiars marine line. Products are more geared for gel coats.

      Agreed!

West Marine normally has them all on the shelf. At least the BIG store on Denny Way did.

Bass Pro Shops is another that often carries Meguiar's marine products.
