Re: My fave' new wheel cleaning tool!
What is it? Steel wool?Originally posted by BluelineI own a silver vehicle and a black vehicle owns me. The black one demands attention, washing, detailing, waxing and an occasional dinner out at a nice restaurant. The silver one demands nothing and it looks just fine. I think the black vehicle is taking advantage of me, and the silver car is more my style. We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

Yeah, I loved how it really shined up my grill after I cooked a few burgers, figured I would try it on my car!
After I ran it through the dishwasher, naturally. Didn't want to contaminate the paint with burger grease.

Lol, thought so
It wasn't so much that you used it on your wheels (I think that could be ok for some particularly dirty wheels) but more that you said you used it on your paint that freaked me out!Originally posted by BluelineI own a silver vehicle and a black vehicle owns me.
