Small round bumps after using Scratch X 2.0

Hello guys, does anyone knows or experienced these small round bumps after using Scratch X 2.0 to remove small scratches and swirls.
It looks like air entrapped inside the paint. My car is already 4 years old an black in color.

I can't imagine what would cause this. More then likely these blemishes were there before using this product but you couldn't see them until the paint was corrected. It's one of the reason that I never wash my personal vehicle. There's almost always a new scratch/blemish that wasn't there the last time
