Unfortunately it appears your post got cut off. This is an ongoing issue we are in the process of attempting to fix. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it does not. Feel free to post again without using an apostrophe and I can edit it to be correct.

Re: Meguiar's Keep Clear Headlight Coating

Just applied this to brand new Morimoto hybrid lamps for my F150. I was a little nervous because I’ve seen so many people online complain about speckling, orange peel and other uneven results. I did mine inside in about 68F climate controlled after buffing the new lenses with stoners glass cleaner and a micro fiber. Gotta say I’m pretty impressed. I did three coats 3 minutes apart on each light and ran it a little heavy. The surface levels very nicely and the one run I did create even leveled out almost completely. I suspect those with uneven results might either be applying to warm/hot lenses or are spraying it on too thin?

I would like to start adding this as a service at my dealerships rather than just sanding and buffing the headlights. However, dirt and dust from the busy road at these locations are a concern while the coating cures. Would speeding up the process by curing under a UV light be a possibility or would this cause haziness or some other adverse effects?

Hey, we would not recommend attempting to speed up the curing process with a UV light with this product. The coating should be dry to the touch in an hour. 24 hours for full cure. We do not hear of much negative feedback regarding dust/dirt getting stuck within the coating.

We would recommend doing some testing on your own, if you have not already, to determine if you run into any issues, and overall, allow the coating to dry in the best environment you can for as long as you can.

Would there be any benefit or applying something like Megs Hybrid Liquid Ceramic Wax (or even D156) before- or after- application of Keep Clear? The goal would be to provide increased durability, UV protection and bug guts protection.

Hard to say how much benefit... but doesnt hurt anything to wax over.
