Hello all,
My name is Jonathan Fischer. I am located in southern West Virginia. I recently started my detailing business, Fischer Detailing. I am truly a novice. I have only been working with consumer products that you can buy off the shelf at your local store. I started back in June and so far I have about 20 clients, some come to me every 5 weeks. I haven't ventured into machine polishing and such yet but hope to soon. I have a background collision repair. I am still trying to figure out all of the cost and how much to charge. I don't want to overcharge people but a lot of people look like you commit murder if you charge them 60 dollars for something lol. I did one ladies vehicle and it took 6 hours. I get there and she hands me a check. My mistake for not looking at the check before leaving(tooo trusting) we had discussed the cost to be around 140 for her vehicle..I get home and look at the check and it was 75 bucks. Lesson learned.
Anyway, I will take any advice.
