    Unprofessional Meguiar's Offical Retailer/Distruster in Beijing China

    I'm a mobile detailer in Beijing, China, I've been using Meguiars products for years and I love them, but I'm very disappointed by the service and the lack of product here in China.


    The reason I'm writing you is because here in China not only it's difficult to get all the products here, such as APC+, glaze #66, #6 etc, but the official Meguiar's Beijing retailer/distributor is just "uncaring", for example, once I asked if he carries the Waterless Wash he told me no, then when I went to his office a week later I found it sitting on his shelf, with this incident and other experiences with this retailer it gives me the impression that he doesn't care for my business. I guess since I only request for a bottle of this or that at a time, he may feel is too much of hassle, so it's easier just to say no , I don't have it. On the other hand, would a reasonable person order a whole box of the Waterless Wash without trying it first?


    Then, there is the false Meguiars ad posting on his Wechat (Chinese verison of the Facebook), where he posted a short clip of President Obama holding a Meguiar's brochure stating that 90% of the people will be using this product https://youtu.be/MW1zZNxD0u4



    Anyhow, I hate to see a respectable company such as Meguiar's to have its reputation ruined by these kind of unprofessional retailers.


    P.S the Meguiar's Chinese Website needs a little update, hasn't updated since 2014

    Forgot to mentioned this is only official Meguiar's Retailer in Beijing, at least it's the only one listed in the Meguiar's home site.

    I enjoy using Meguiar's product and I'd like to keep using it, but with this kind of "Ad" it's going to ruining Meguiar's reputation sooner or later. In an another word, consumers aren't stupid, if people catch on and realized Meguiar's are being dishonest, the next time I use Meguiar's Hyper Wash to wash their car, they'll probably tell me stop! don't use that, I don't want a "misleading" product on my car because I don't what kind of chemical it may have in it. And I can't blame them, because if I didn't know any better I'll think the same.
