Cracked dashes are a "thing" in 944's. I read some where that, like, 95% of the early 80's 944's have a cracked dash. Mine ISN'T cracked, and I wanna keep it that way.
I'd love some help doing so, and would like to hear any advice you folks have.
I'll do my best to keep it from the sun, but what do you guys think is the best product (if there is one) to keep it crack free? (It's artificial leather - I think it's pvc.)

I have an '88 944. Also without a cracked dash! I don't know if I have the magic solution, but I apply Lexol Vinylex a couple times a year. And whenever I park it in the sun I try to use a sun-shade. Good luck.
