Window tint guy stained the interior? Thoughts?

So I recently had my brand new Audi in the shop to get the windows tinted.
When I left I noticed

Only some of your post made it. But I take it you are looking for a way to clean up the interior. Have you tried quik interior detailer?

Weird.
Yes. Only when the door trim is "wet" can I see the runs/stains from the liquid he used.
I have tried meguauirs interior cleaner, also woolite and water mix, I have APC+ but never used it on the interior.

What would cause the streaks to only be visible when wet from both cleaners. When the panels are dry they look fine. No streaks are visible.

What would be another safe cleaner to go with?
