We are happy to help. A foam pad on is not going to help minimize the chance of leaving behind a rotary buffer trail or hologram. To minimize the chance of leaving behind a rotary buffer trail or hologram, simply put, it's all about technique with the machine, and keeping the pad flat.
The rotary polisher is not a beginner friendly tool. Like we mentioned earlier, even for users who are proficient, it still can be challenging to finish completely buffer trail or hologram free. This is why many users, experienced or not, will opt for a dual action polisher machine. This might be something to consider if you are not able to get the results you are after.
