We think some rain earlier in the day might have scared some folks away but even with a smaller group, we had some fun projects.
First up was some embedded dirt removal. The owner had tried our G13616 Quik Interior Detailer Cleaner, but it was too mild. We advised next to use our G18516 Gold Class Leather & Vinyl Cleaner. This cleaner ended up being just enough to remove the embedded dirt to satisfaction.
Some M39 Heavy Duty Vinyl Cleaner being used on exterior rubber trim. One of my favorites!
Pizza time!
Next up, VW GTI, first test spot was M100 Pro Speed Compound via DMF5 DA Microfiber Finishing Disc. This provided great defect removal, but we thought we could improve the clarity with our DMC5 DA Microfiber Cutting Disc & the same M100 Pro Speed Compound. It indeed did work to dramatically improve the gloss & clarity.

Work began on a wild non metallic black corvette.
The owner said these streaks had been on the hood for over a week! (Another companies product). Won't be using that again!
Final combo for the GTI was M100 Pro Speed Compound via DMC5 DA Microfiber Cutting Disc, M205 Ultra Finishing Polish via DFP5 Soft Buff DA Foam Polishing Disc, NXT Tech Wax 2.0 via DFF5 Soft Buff DA Foam Finishing Disc.
Light swirl & scratch removal on a older toyota corolla. Inexpensive re-paint made to look a bit better.

We pulled the Z06 in to do some testing.
M205 Ultra Finishing Polish via MT300 Dual Action Polisher, with a DFP5 Soft Buff DA Foam Polishing Disc dramatically improved the gloss, but did not provide near the defect removal we wanted.
After some testing, we ended up again using M100 Pro Speed Compound via DMC5 DA Microfiber Cutting Disc, on our MT300 Dual Action Polisher. The below were our results just after the compound step. Minimal DA Haze will be easy to clean up with a secondary polish step. Thanks to everyone for coming out!
