    What is this and can it be removed? I live in south Florida so we get a ton of sun.

    Let's clarify what's in the picture. Are the defects you're referring to, 1) the black specks 2) the cloudy effects 3) the long straight scratches in the last pic? It's hard to tell if the cloudiness I'm seeing is a reflection of what's in the sky (clouds) or what's on your paint.

      I am most concerned with the black specks. I know there are chips and scratches that I need to address. Also the cloudy is likely oxidation, I initially thought the black specks were as well but they haven

        It looks like your post got caught off. Sorry to see that.

        Can you provide a closer picture of the black specks? Do you have any idea what they are? Can you feel them or is it a stain in the paint?

        Also, the cloudy look, if your paint is a clear coat, which it appears to be, is the clear coat starting to fail, unfortunately.
