  • Water spots

This is only appearing on the roof of my car. I live in St. Pete/Clearwater, so temperatures nearly 100 degrees nearly daily for 1/2 the year.

If these are water spots, it sounds like I need to do the following:
    1. Wash
    2. Clay bar
    3. If that doesn't get rid of it all, rubbing compound.
    4. Wax.

    Hi Louise,

Welcome to Meguiar's Online. Are you able to upload a picture of the defects on your car? This will help us give some better recommendations but yes, you are on the right track. For compound, I would suggest our Ultimate Compound if you are working by hand or Dual Action Polisher.

Welcome Louise, in addition to pics, what's the year/make/model of your car?
