Nozzle issues with Meguiars products

I bought 2 bottles of New Car Scent Proectant and 2 bottles of Hot Rims Wheel &Tire Cleaner

For the new car scent, the spray nozzle stopped working after 1/3 of the bottle used. I had to start the 2nd bottle.

For the Hot Rims, the nozzle would not work at all, the 2nd bottle works.

Is spray nozzle common problem for Meguaires?
