    Very Happy With Ultimate Past Wax so is it worth to layer with Ultimate Fast Finish

    As stated, very happy with UPW, however I see UFF on sale and was wondering if it is worth it to put a coat over the UPW. The new car is in great shape, doesn't need correction, (some people with the blue light might find something) but I am happy with it. Will the UFF give me anything more than the UPW is already providing? Better shine? Protection? Anything? The new car rs a dark metallic granite, fairly forgiving. I also have an older black car, very unforgiving, that has UPW on it. Would UFF do anything for a black vehicle with UPW already on it? Thank you.

    Ultimate Fast Finish will provide added protection, but not likely any more added gloss, especially if your car has been corrected, polished, and Ultimate Paste Wax has been applied. Ultimate Fast Finish is pretty much straight synthetic polymers in a can, and typically doesn't have the darkening, deep gloss effect, that our traditional liquid & paste waxes can provide. Ultimate Fast Finish focuses mainly on protection & fast application.

        I think I preferred the UFF on the bottom, not as the topper.

          If UFF does not have a darkening and deep gloss effect as Nick says, then it does not seem right to use as the bottom. I know you know your stuff Murr but maybe Nick will come back and suggest the best course. Thanks.

            I have been using UFF on top. Why? It seems to shed dust. Anyone else found this to be true?
