    Meguiars Sythetic X wax over Carnuba

    I currently use CG butter wax as my base wax on my garage queen 2003 Ford Thunderbird. I want to use Meguiars X wax as a drying agent and wax topper over the Carnuba wax. Anyone have experience with this?? I have always read not to use a synthetic over carbuba, only the opposite. Any thoughts anyone.?

    Welcome to MOL. It is perfectly fine to use over a wax or sealant.
