  • Larry Kosilla puts M110/M210 to the test

Our good friend and detailer extraordinaire Larry Kosilla put M110/M210 to the test on a Maserati MC12 racecar (sure, why not??) and comes away impressed. Check out the video below.

IMHO M110 and M210 do not cut as much but...

Less dust, easier wipe and a much better finish.
I'm really liking the way the new twins work.

        I also found 9:25 interesting.
Larry's chart appears to show M100 as having more cut than M105 or M110.

IMHO Aggressive cut between M101 and M100 depends on your preference. I prefer the M101.

IMHO Cut in aggressive M105, M100 and M101. I prefer M101 over M100. Good comparison vid.

Would you say that M110 might be more comparable to something like D300 or Ultimate Compound?

            My heavy cutter is M100.

I'm not a chemist - IMHO as a user...M110 cuts much better than D300 or UC but not as much cut as M105.
M110 behaves much better than M105. M110 has a slight less cut than M101/M100 but IMHO it finishes out better.

I have never been a big fan of M100 with a DA (Rupes included). However, I do like the way M101 cuts and finishes.
Although M101 is a few nickels more than M100, for me time is money, and M101 gets the job done better and faster.
IIRC M100 was designed for body shops to be used on a rotary. M101 was designed for a DA using foam pads.

I like M110. It cuts well and has a lot less dust than M105! M110 has a nice, easy wipe off, and it leaves a good finish.
