Hi, longtime Meguiar’s user. In the past I was a big fan of Cleaner Wax and used it on everything with great results and lots of elbow grease. I have since discovered Quick Wax and now use it as my primary wax. I’m happy with the finish of my cars and have found Quick Wax lasts through washes and is a great way to finish up a wash. I like that it does not contain any abrasives or polishes.

Anyone else use Quick Wax as a primary finish?

There is not substitute for the longevity & protection of a standard liquid or paste wax. Spray waxes are great to boost the life of your original wax coating, but again we do recommend keeping a good coat of a liquid or paste.

The one exception would be our Ultimate Fast Finish, which is packaged in an aerosol can. If you are really after easy of use, & long lasting results, you might look into this product, Ultimate Fast Finish.

Thanks for the info. I’ll take a look at the ultimate fast finish. Do I need to remove all the Quick Wax before I apply ultimate fast finish?
