Ultimate quik wax film after driving

Recently have noticed a film on my hood only after driving the car. Car has a couple of coats of NXT wax. Wash with ultimate wash & wax then apply the UQW. No sign of film until I drive the car. I remove the film with a quick Detailer. Any suggestions or ideas?

    1) 2 coats of NXT
    2) Ultimate Wash & WAX
    3) Ultimate Quick WAX

Maybe a build-up of too much WAX that gets foggy from the heat of the engine?
