Toyota Dull White Paint

Let me start by saying that I'm not a professional but consider myself a weekend warrior...Wash, Clay, Compound, Polish, Wax all with a DA polisher is no problem. That being said, I'm trying to help a friend of mine who has a

2005 Toyota Sienna van that belongs to his grandparents and is selling it. I believe is has factory single stage white paint and the hood, roof, and tops of fenders have the dull and hazy oxidized appearance. I've never worked on anything like this and don't want to do any more damage. What I'd like to do is wash, clay, and then find some sort of polish/wax (open to suggestions on what this would be) using my DA polisher and Meguiars MF pads to bring back the shine. Opinions on if this will bring back the shine? I'm not looking to make it look brand new but I would like to make is shine again. Thanks in advance for the help.

Since it is going to be sold I would just use a cleaner wax with either a foam polishing pad or foam cutting pad. Meguiar's just released their new 3 in 1 wax which is readily available at local stores.

Wanted to use what I had so tried polish first and it didn’t do much so I went with what I know...D300 on a MF pad. Worked perfect!

Happy to hear it worked out. IMO these single stage toyota's are typically easy to work on, and also fun because of the dramatic before & after appearance going from oxidized single stage to gloss.

Feel free to chime in with more questions if needed, but yes the D/A Microfiber Correction System is one of many options that would work. Another that comes to mind like the Guz mentioned is our 3 in 1 Wax or our D166 Ultra Polishing Wax.
