    theres this white residue on the plastic trim of my door or my golf gti. Looks like it

    Spin out to 44 minutes into the video, where Nick Winn discusses M39 Heavy Duty Vinyl and Rubber cleaner and M40 Vinyl/Rubber Cleaner and Conditioner.
    As always, recommend to try a less conspicuous spot first.

      This sounds crazy but works great. Peanut butter. The oils in the peanut butter breakes down the wax and it is wiped away. I keep a almost empty jar in the shop and use it whenever needed/ Give it a try you will be glad you did. Good luck

        Or you could simply use glass cleaner
