No plans to discontinue. Auto parts companies pick & choose which items they want to carry each year. If you heard it is being "discontinued" from your local auto parts store associate, it more than likely means they are no longer going to carry the item, not necessarily that it is no longer going to be produced by the manufacturer.Nick Winn
