How to Attack Single Stage Page Restoration

Hello All and greetings from New Market, Maryland.
I'm new to the forum. I'm getting ready to detail a 1997 Mazda Miata with SS paint. I haven't seen the car yet, but the owner says the paint is very oxidized.
I plan to attack it as follows:
1. Spray off dirt/debris.
2. Foam soap cannon
3. 2-buck wash
4. Dry
5. Meguiars M07 > let soak in overnight
6. Meguiars M205 UP
7. Gold Class Wax

Any thoughts on this approach?
