  • Hi, new member with a question about liquid wax coler change

    Hello everyone!

I waxed my car over this weekend with ultimate liquid wax and noticed that the color
was orange instead of white. I purchased this bottle in April of 2018 and it resides in my basement which
doesn't have much temperature variation. I wasn't to concerned but wanted to make sure
that this was ok. Also, is there a shelf life? Thanks!

Hello & welcome to Meguiar's Online. The orange/brown color is normal. This has been a rolling change for quite some time now. There is a shelf life of our products, around 3 - 5 years. They should not be exposed to prolonged extreme heat or cold. With a liquid wax, signs of spoilage would be a watery consistency, separation that will not go back, or foul smell. If anything, it would not hurt to use a spoiled product, just would not perform as well.
