White Wax vs Utimate Polish, which more abrasive ?

Hello,

Anyone can advise btw the White Wax & Ultimate Polish,
which one is more abrasive ?

Have some very faint yellowish stain mark on my white bonnet after cleaning off the bird dropping.
The White Wax i have is not able to clean off this stain mark.
Thinking to get the Ultimate Polish if its more abrasive.

Also, is Polish mend to be apply to the whole bonnet or only the affected area ?

You may want to consider ultimate compound.

But to answer your question a compound and polish can be used on an entire car if needed. Be sure to not let it dry on the surface.

If you use Ultimate Compound,
is it true you have to either use UltimatePolish/WhiteWax before you can finish it with ULW ?

It depends on how ultimate compound finishes out. Paint hardness will play a factor if you get some haze that needs refinishing after.
