Is there an easy product for removing sealants?

Hi, is there an effective product you can recommend that I can use to remove a sealant (Wolfgang Deep Gloss) besides polishing? There are water spots I'd like to attempt to remove underneath the sealant (a whole different problem). And if polishing is the only solution, what is a good solution to use by hand? Thanks.

I'd use clay, and follow with Ultimate Polish.
