Im going to go out on a limb and say it will be a Ceramic infused "wax". Applied by hand in an even back and forth motion and left to build up on the surface will indicate an LSP product. With all the Ceramic technology going on and Meguiar's know how, an easy to use Ceramic liquid wax.

I 100% believe it's one of three possible scenereos:

1) +1 (95.8% Agreement With Smack)

2) If NOT, I'm 98.677% willing to bet, it'll be a Meguiar's product that they have invested heavily in its R&D to surpass not only their current products but any competitors product available at the time of its release.

3) And IF NOT that, I am 100% positive that it will be a "Purplish Colored" something rather, type of some Meguiars Automotive Finish Product perhaps available to the general public.

I think this is the URFF product that I heard rumors about around three weeks after the 2018 SEMA. They sort of "leaked out" during a discussion by some usually knowledgeable detailers.

If I am right, this is not a coating, yet a finish that bonds to the clear coat to provide the full colors of the light spectrum on top of the clear.
This would be similar in appearance to a drop of mineral oil in a bucket of very clear, clean water.

Take note that applicator has been applied different than a coating.
The first pass is at 15 degrees from vertical.
The second pass is horizontal.
This is important. They intentionally are not at 90 degrees to each other.
Having them perpendicular (90 degrees) would result in an optical result similar to using an optical polarizing filter on a camera lens.
Polarizing lens filters remove the glare when taking images.
It's important that the glare remain to still highlight the gloss effects from the clear.
Therefore, we don't want the parallel line geometry.
When we think about black is just the absence of color without those magnificent glare and reflections.
The key to this product is the spectrum of colors added in the non glare portions of the paint as we see it cast over the base color.

A second tip that this is URFF is the higher concentration at the higher end of the color spectrum.
Those deep purple and dark violets help with paint protection by filtering out the sun's natural ultra violet spectrums that can damage paint.

Take a closer look at the product container in Nick's image.

Notice the similarity to the existing UFF (Ultimate Fast Finish).
I believe URFF is in a can and will require a propellant.

Notice too, that the nozzle for the new URFF is much taller and shaped differently than UFF.
It looks like it is a dual direction nozzle, containing a check valve that allows it to filled as well as "discharge".

I use Ultimate Fast Finish on my show truck, so I know the label shows propane as the propellant.
Rather than propane, the stuff we use for propane BBQs, URFF uses a rare, hard to source "methane gas" as the propellant.

I heard they found a source out in the local Canyons.
I headed out for Taco Tuesdays at Silverado Canyon, and explained what I was looking for to my friends.
Two guys at the table next to us, explained that I was in the wrong canyon and to go over the hill to Trabuco Canyon.
Now sometimes us sea shore folks get sent to the other canyons to get rid of us, yet this guy had pictures.
He said there was a guy that used to live there that would come by about one Saturday a month to sell this rare source of methane.
I didn't believe him until he showed me a picture of a restored Alpha Romeo with a shiny steel tank in the opened trunk.
I shook my head, yet then he showed me the large rainbow decal on the tank.

We will know for sure if there is a multicolor microfiber applicator towel in the box with the can and when Nick shows an image of the other side of the can for this new product.

Will it be the new URFF?

We will know for sure if we see these disclaimers on the other side of the can:

1) Must provide your own unicorn to charge the container.
2) No unicorns hurt in making this product
