So is this basically D1801 with some slickness to make it a clay lubricant?

Yes exactly, but not as potent strength as D1801 Wheel & Paint IRON DECON. This is also not designed for wheels.

But this "replaces" clay right? I currently spray on TRIX and bought IRON DECON to use instead, of course, one should always follow up with a quick clay bar to doubly check that the surface is fine but I'll buy this when my new gallon of IRON DECON is used up.

This does not replace clay, but works like a "spray clay" since it removes both above & embedded ferrous specific contaminants.

Is this safe to use on a professionally installed ceramic coating, such as Ceramic Pro? Will is remove any of the coating? It looks like it is nearly ph neutral.

You can use it as regular iron remover spray on rinse off or with their pro clay only (not from kits)as a clay lube. Even pro clay will eventually break down after using a while with product
