Is this Meguiar's most effective wheel and tire cleaner to date?

How does it compare cleaning wise to Hot Wheels Wheel and Tire cleaner of which I've used in the past?

For a wheel & tire combination product yes this is most effective. This is a bit more aggressive than our Hot Rims Wheel & Tire Cleaner, however, does not have the foaming trigger like the Hot Rims Wheel & Tire Cleaner.

For wheels only, our Ultimate All Wheel Cleaner or D1801 Wheel & Paint IRON DECON seem to be the most effective & advanced wheel cleaner we have produced. Users have been reporting results & removal of grime on wheels which they were not able to achieve with other products.

This is alkaline (higher in the PH scale).
Therefore there are some wheels, like uncoated alloy rims that would not be appropriate to use this product.
You can use Ultimate All Wheel Cleaner with a more neutral PH on all OEM wheels, including bare alloy rims.

I think these are powder coated aluminum wheels? Isn't the Ult all wheel cleaner a wheel cleaner specific and not marketed for tires?
