Did you find that this size was small enough to fit in the foot wells of cars while working inside a small car?
Will it fit fairly stably on a stair and follow you down as you do each one?
Do you have the link to the softer hose kit?

This newer model looks identical to the WD4070, but has no wheels. This might work better for you with a slightly smaller foot print without the wheels and would be more stable to work on the stairs. It’s more expensive, but comes with their Pro Hose too.
