3 step my RV

Finally had the chance and all the supplies to wash, correct, and seal my RV. Between work and family and camping I could never find a window to do any surface work on the RV. The Meguiar’s Fiberglass Restoration kit was recommended on FB so I gave it a try. Luckily I had my old Porter Cable Meguiar’s DA polishers from my detailing days way back when. It’s been over 10 years since I’ve done any real surface correction work. Put it this way, images here had to be hosted and camera phones weren’t a thing I posted photos uploaded from my digital camera. Times have changed and it seems so have the products. I stuck with my tried and true equipment but next waxing will be with hybrid spraywax. Love that new stuff.

Nice work. As much as I enjoy detailing cars, trucks, or bikes. Man, trailers and RVs are just flat out work, and not as enjoyable to me. Nice job, I know that took some time.

Thank you. It was fun but tiring. I haven’t used my machines in years, and they are already pretty old. Couldn’t imagine the results with newer Meguiar’s polishers. The products did amazing work as well. One tip, get plenty of pads and change them often. Back in the day I used the 7” soft buff pads, but now these thin 6” pads really do some work. Very impressed with how equipment and liquid products have evolved since the late 90’s and early 2000’s. I’m really excited to try the hybrid spray wax in a couple of weeks for layered protection.
