I'm planning on topping my coat of Hybrid Liquid Ceramic Wax with ULW..now after sitting over night what would the best method of removing any dust from overnight..

Well, they will go together... you wont see wax laying on your garage floor the next day.
Its more that the Hybrid Wax has the good properties like dust and dirt rinsing off easily that you would be paying extra to cover up... Maybe just do two coats of the Hybrid wax and see how it works for you...2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue
