A few days ago I applied UQW and only got about 4 hours of curing/cross-linking time before it poured, and it reamined wet for about 24 hours. Is that going to hinder proper curing/cross-linking? Should I apply it again to get the 12-24 hour curing time?

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just apply it after the next wash. That is the benefit of the product. -

To answer the question, yes, ideally you want 24 hours of no water exposure to allow the product to fully cure.Nick Winn
