Can these door panels be repaired?

Hello Everyone,

I have a potential client who has an older model Ford Escape and the biggest issue she has is three of the four doors have a leather/pleather trim that is falling off of the door panels. She took it to a dealer and they supposedly told her they could not repair it. Is there a way for me to repair this or would she have to take it to a specific professional? I really appreciate your advice. Pictures below.

You would be better off having an upholstery shop fix it.
