Hi. I have two questions about my new Mequiar's DA power system. I bought and used it one day on my car a couple months ago. I put it away and used it again today. I noticed when I stopped using it and put it down so I could wipe off the rubbing compound, it started leaking oil. This happened a few times and I started putting it down upright so it wouldn't leak. Is it defective and should I return it?
My second question is about speed. I'm using an ordinary household Craftsman drill, not cordless, with a max speed of 1300 RPM. It's taking me a lot of time and effort to remove the swirl marks in my paint with Meguiar's Ultimate Compound. Do I need a faster drill?
