Spots on leather after using Gold Class Rich Leather Cleaner & Conditioner

Hi
First time using Meguiars. Tested on a small spot on seat. Next day was fine. Proceeded to use over all seats.
Applied and noticed small spots all over the leather after drying. Clearish looking dots.
Buffed into the leather using meguiars microfiber towel.
How do I remove these spots?
