  • License plate frame damage paint

My old license plate frame looks like it scuffed or scratched the paint. Does this look like clay bar could make it look better by getting rid of the black color if not remove it completely? Not sure if its a scratch since it's a black mark.

A Clay Bar may help if anything is stuck on top. I would recommend ensuring you have all loose contaminants removed by washing the area (maybe removed license plate also & wash behind there), clay, then if anything left, use a mild paint cleaner or compound like our Ultimate Polish or Ultimate Compound, and then see if that works.

I see a thousand little spots that I would assume are over the whole car and which either an Iron Decon or clay bar should remove. Next step would be a polishing compound
