Do I polish before applying Meguiars ceramic spray wax. If so what Meguiars product do i use ?

It is up to you if you want to polish or not. Polish will impart gloss and remove light to moderate defects depending on is used by hand or machine. You also have the option to compound but again it depends on what you are after. Meguiar's offers ultimate polish and if you desire ultimate compound.
