softer pad?

hi! what should I use when the 3" mircofiber finishing pad still dont give me what I need?
Im a Meguiars 100% fan but theres nothing softer that I know.
I was working the part between the lateral windows of a car , that plastic part that i dont know how is called, i cut it then finished and still didnt get what I wanted.

Foam will finish better than microfiber Try a polishing pad and see how that looks.

Also what polishes are you using?

I use 110 and 205 , maybe a yellow and then black with 205 will get the finish i want.
is not a piece that a i can sand ... so I need a perfect look usind the pads.

i thought abput maybe using plast x for the finish too...

i would agree, personally I overwhelming use foam to finish polish. Mostly yellow, sometimes black foam. The one thing I will say though about M205 is that although it is a finishing polish, if you have too much product in the pad, or use too long of cycle, or on more sensitive paints which are being troublesome to finish out, like this area between the windows, even a moderate amount of product can be too much. Try using a fully primed pad and then blow out the majority of the 205 in the pad. Then do not add any product, perform a short pass, maybe back & forth twice, and check your results. More often times then not with M205, backing out majority of product in pad will get it to finish completely haze free. You can also use a very light mist of water to assist. That said, you do not want to dry buff, but just a very very small amount of product, but at the same time, the pad pores should be primed across the entire face.

Another option, is to try M210 Ultra Pro Finishing Polish. You can pretty much throw that stuff on a pad & not even try and it will finish out haze free. But again, a foam pad.
